Client Process

  • It all begins with visiting my website. Simply fill out the Inquiry Form on the contact page, and I'll promptly follow up with an email to arrange a call. That call marks the commencement of an exciting new journey.

  • Once we've discovered the scope of the project, I'll forward the project proposal to you. Upon acceptance of my approach and pricing, you'll receive an invitation to the Client Portal following the initial payment.

  • It's time to get deep into research, so it's important the Client Questionnaire gets filled out as best as possible. From there, I will put together the Visual Direction Presentation in Figma which we will go over via video call.

  • The design process involves a lot of sketching and reworking ideas. All concepts will be presented in Figma over a video call.

  • All project files will be sent via Google Drive, which you would have access to at the start of the project. Logo projects are sent with a guideline, while website projects have access to a help/resource page.

  • Now that all the files have been sent, it's time to say goodbye. We will finalize our time together by sending over the goodbye package to the client and you will leave feedback on the project.
